Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order without any penalty up to 14 days from order entry. After 14 days, a $65.00 cancelation fee will apply (item # ORDCAN)
- Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled
Order Change Policy
- Up to 14 days from order entry – you can edit/change the order without penalty
- After 14 days, a $65.00 edit/change fee would apply (item#: ORDCHA)
- Examples: adding removing products, adding removing options, changing the ship to address, changing the shipping method, etc.
- Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be edited or changed
- After the product has shipped, if the Customer wants to change the ship to address, a $250 fee will apply (#ADDCHANGE)
Silver Line Sauna Return Policy
This policy applies to all brands except those listed below.
Silver Line Sauna asks that you report any and all shortages, damages, or defects of products within 14 days of receipt. We would like to inform you that no returns will be accepted without prior approval. Returns must have an assigned Returned Goods Authorization number and be returned to the manufacturer within 60 days of us accepting the Return Request. All call tags are issued through UPS. You will have 30-days to report buyer's remorse based returns. However, the customer is reponsible for the return shipping on buyer's remorse based returns. Furthermore, a restocking charge ranging from a minimum of 15% up to 30%, may be applied to some buyers remorse returns as determined by our return department upon receipt of the item.
Dundalk LeisureCraft Return Policy
- Our stated return policy is: We do not accept returns
- It is very expensive to return products back across the border
- If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply:
- 20% Restocking fee
- Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
- LeisureCraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund
Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery
- If a customer refuses delivery and the Dealer asks Leisurecraft for assistance in selling the product to another Dealer, the following will apply:
- 15% Restocking charge
- Dealer will be responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs to the new delivery address

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like saunas. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
