We serve health and wellness-focused individuals who are looking for ways to improve their well-being and live a more balanced life. As a youth, the founder often struggled with anxiety and often sweat when under pressure or put on the spot. Class presentations and public speaking became excruciating activities due to uncontrollable sweating from his face and body. In his early twenties, he discovered the sauna as a method to become more self-aware and in-tune with his body. Through breathwork and meditation in the sauna, he was able to find peace through sweating rather than embarrassment.
